Fritzie Saintoiry is the Founder and Executive Director of Genesis Hopeful Haven (GHH), a nonprofit organization founded in 2014 and dedicated to creating stable, nurturing family connections and providing comprehensive support for children in foster care.
Her commitment to children comes directly from her own upbringing. She spent her early years at her aunt’s orphanage in Haiti, an experience that planted the seed for her mission. The orphanage provided a supportive and nurturing family atmosphere, showing her that success is possible for children without a biological family, and inspiring her to create similar family and connections for others.
Driven by this vision, Fritzie earned a Master’s degree in Social Work. Following six years of experience within the Child Welfare system in Chicago, she relocated to Miami in 2012, specifi cally choosing the region to address critical challenges in its foster care system. Her academic background, professional experience, and deeply personal mission converge at GHH, where she works tirelessly to provide a haven for foster children to thrive.
