Kelley brings more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of data, nonprofit strategy, and the arts. As part of The Miami Foundation’s Community Engagement team, she supports efforts to strengthen relationships, deepen understanding of community needs, and ensure that information is used thoughtfully and responsibly in service of impact.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Kelley spent over nine years at YoungArts, where she led organization-wide initiatives to modernize data systems and support artists nationwide. Her work centered on building tools and processes that made information more accessible across teams and helped guide transparent, equitable decision-making. She has also advised Miami-based nonprofits on workflow design and operational strategy, helping organizations align internal systems with their mission and values.
Kelley holds a degree in Computer Science from Florida State University and is a graduate of New World School of the Arts. As a U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts and participant in Americans for the Arts’ National Arts Policy Roundtable, she has long been engaged in conversations about the role of arts and culture in civic life. Born and raised in Miami, she remains deeply committed to strengthening the region’s creative and nonprofit communities.
